What started as a dog-walking side hustle quickly blossomed into a full-service studio with a waiting list and a loyal community of fur-baby fans.
Lena built the business alongside her partner Marco Reyes and their head groomer, Sofia "Sof" Delgado — a certified master groomer with 10 years of experience working with breeds of every shape and fluff level. Together, the team has grown Paws & Pizzazz into one of Austin's most beloved pet care spots, with over 400 five-star reviews and counting.
Our mission is simple: treat every pet like our own. That means no rushed appointments, no overcrowded playrooms, and absolutely no cages during daycare. Every service we offer was designed with the pet's comfort and happiness at the center — because when your pet is thriving, you are too.
We believe in transparency, kindness, and a whole lot of fun. We send photo updates, maintain detailed pet profiles, and always greet our furry regulars by name.
